I've had a chance to previewĀ Ā Jace Benson's AI-in-a-Box (AIiaB) solution forĀ ServiceNow, and I have to say it's some really good stuff.Ā 

Comparing the capabilities to NowAssist:

1ļøāƒ£ I've experienced much better summarization outputs with AIiaB (summarizing actions and the timeline of events, which is pretty awesome).
2ļøāƒ£ It includes the ability to summarize across related records, which was not available when I tested NowAssist about 6 months ago. Being able to include related WOs, Alerts, Incident Tasks, Etc in the summarization and timeline is essential to get value out of GenAI for operational teams.
3ļøāƒ£ I control the underlying LLM that's being used so I can leverage my model that has been trained on my data without the data leaving environments I own and control.

This offers HUGE value to the community and users, and is a product should really look into as an alternative GenAI solution!
